Where do I check in?
In Punta Sabbioni you check in and out at the Punta Gialla Vanin supermarket on the ground floor: that’s where we give you your keys and beach pass. Check-in is from 3 to 7 pm, check-out from 8 to 10 am. At Ca’ di Valle late check-in is possible too: just send us your arrival time on WhatsApp and we’ll give you all the directions.
Is there a minimum stay?
The booking form shows you the available dates straight away. If you can’t find the dates you’re after, drop us a message.
Are you open off-season?
Yes, Ca’ di Valle is open all year: perfect for visiting Venice in autumn, winter or at Carnival. Punta Sabbioni is open from April to October.
THE SEA AND AROUND
How far is the beach and how do I get there?
From Punta Sabbioni the beach is about 800 metres away, around ten minutes on foot. During the day you walk through the Marina di Venezia campsite with the pass we give you; in the evening there are two free entrances. From Ca’ di Valle the sea is a 5-minute walk.
Are umbrellas and sun loungers included?
At Ca’ di Valle your reserved beach spot is included in the price. Punta Sabbioni beach is free: bring your own gear or rent loungers and an umbrella from one of the beach services.
How do I get to Venice?
From the Punta Sabbioni boat stop, about 1.5 km from the apartments, boats leave every half hour: in about 35 minutes you’re near St Mark’s Square, no car needed. The vaporetto also takes you to Burano and the other islands.
APARTMENTS AND SERVICES
Are sheets and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are always included. Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV and a bathroom with shower. There are no final cleaning charges.
Is there parking?
Yes, free and with no need to book: in Punta Sabbioni it’s a private car park on site, shaded by pine trees, and parking is free at Ca’ di Valle too.
Can I bring my pet?
In Punta Sabbioni, yes, with a €20 cleaning fee, and the nearby beach is the only one around where dogs can swim in the sea. Pets aren’t allowed in the Ca’ di Valle apartments.
What is there on site in Punta Sabbioni?
A sun terrace with two heated hot tubs and loungers, a restaurant, pizzeria, bar with ice-cream parlour, a supermarket with deli, butcher’s, fruit and veg and fish counter, a coin-operated laundry, bike rental, a garden with barbecue and a playground.
Do you have a baby cot?
Yes, a cot is available on request: add it to the notes when you book, or message us before you arrive.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Why book on your website?
When you book directly on our site you get the best available price, no middleman fees and direct contact with us for anything you need.
Do I pay when I book?
No: nothing is charged when you book, your credit card is just a guarantee. For group bookings we may charge the first night for each apartment.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days we charge 50%, and within 7 days the full amount. If you don’t show up or leave early, the full amount is due.
